Guests can swim in the indoor pool or request relaxing massages for an extra cost. A free shuttle is available from JR Karuizawa Train Station, which is a 40-minute drive away and must be requested at time of booking.
The air-conditioned rooms feature a TV, safety deposit box and an en suite bathroom. A kitchenette with a fridge, electric kettle and a sink are included. Japanese Yukata robes and slippers are provided for all guests.
Guests can play table tennis, refresh in the sauna rooms or relax at the panoramic roof top terrace. Photocopying and laundry services are offered at the front desk. Guests can rent bicycles or hike at the nearby trials.
